Eva Claiborne

is a Hungarian born esthetician who received her master’s degree in cosmetics and skin care in Budapest, Hungary in 1977. After moving to the U.S. in 1989, she continued taking classes and earned diplomas and/or certificates in: clinical aromatherapy with Eve Taylor; Ayurvedic techniques with Melanie Sachs; manual Lymphatic Drainage (Dr. Vodder’s Austrian technique); reflexology at the Dermal Institute; computer ultrasonic training and electro cosmetics in Budapest, Hungary.

Eva has been an assistant to doctors of dermatology and plastic surgeons and has worked in pre and postoperative skin care services. She has been educational director for a European pharmaceutical licensed skin care company. Eva has taken advanced training in permanent cosmetic makeup techniques and has a master’s degree in the Reiki Method of Natural Healing.

Over the past 25 years...

Eva has developed her own unique Hungarian anti-aging facial massage technique. The result of this massage technique is a healthy, glowing, detoxified face with tight, firm muscles that are completely balanced and relaxed. Eva’s newest development is called Shells & Chakras. This new body treatment combines detoxification, deep relaxation and lymphatic drainage to reenergize the body and enhance immunity.

Eva owns and operates her own skin care practice in conjunction with her spa-training center in Tiburon, California where her students learn advanced European skin care techniques. In 2003 and 2005, she taught classes in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey Mexico.
